Your phone charges, but the computer doesn't see it? USB Drivers tells you why – live, on the phone itself – and walks you through the fix.

Live USB diagnosis
• Detects a charge-only cable: the phone gets power from the USB port, but no data connection comes up
• Tells a wall charger from a computer port
• Notices when the computer sees the phone but hasn't finished the setup (usually a missing driver)
• Shows the active USB mode: file transfer (MTP), photos (PTP), USB debugging (ADB), tethering, MIDI, webcam
• Reminds you to unlock the screen when files are hidden
• Shows the state of developer options, USB debugging and wireless debugging

Step-by-step wizard
