Optional Android remote support
On Android, Station Boss uses AccessibilityService only for optional, user-initiated remote support. After a user reads and agrees to the in-app privacy notice, enables the service in Android Settings, and starts and approves a support session, an authorized Station Boss support agent can view the device screen and remotely tap, type, and navigate, including outside Station Boss, to troubleshoot the device. Because it shares what is visible on screen during the approved session, it may transmit personal and contact information, precise or approximate location, financial or health information, messages, photos, videos, files and documents, app activity, installed-app information, diagnostics, performance data, and device identifiers to Station Boss support and Cobrowse.io. The service does not perform autonomous actions and is not used outside an active support session. Users can decline, end the session, or disable the service at any time.
