Most idle games are one number going up. This one is three systems arguing with each other.
You start on a beat-up laptop in a basement and end up running an orbital array that is legally in nobody's jurisdiction. In between you are not tapping a screen, you are running a facility: a mining farm, its power station and the cooling plant that stops it melting. An idle incremental with a management sim underneath it, still earning while the app is shut, with a decision waiting when you open it.
MINE, SELL, BUILD
Rigs make hashrate. Hashrate mines BTC. BTC is not money until you sell it for dollars at a live price, and dollars buy the next rig.
A MARKET WORTH CHECKING
The price runs on a mean-reverting random walk, with halvings, bull runs, crashes, FUD, whale dumps and ETF rumours on top. Selling into a spike instead of the average is worth around 1.4x across a two-hour swing. Measured, not marketing.
Selling by hand costs no fee; the trading bot takes 2%. Hoard through a halving and your coins are worth 1.9x more on the other side, but a HARD FORK destroys every satoshi you still hold. Two clocks, one decision, no correct answer.
A FACILITY, NOT A BUTTON
Rigs eat electricity. Six tiers of power plant, from a wall socket your mum threatens to unplug up to a modular reactor. Draw more kilowatts than you have and output falls in proportion: 78% of the power is 78% of the hashrate.
Rigs also make heat, and the four cooling tiers draw power themselves - so cooling competes with mining for the same grid. Power and heat are one puzzle, not two bars. Run hot too long and the farm shuts down.
THE LONG GAME
- 12 rig tiers, Basement Laptop to Orbital Array; every tier upgrades and count milestones double its output
- 12 managers who automate what you have mastered: buying, grid, cooling, trading, research
- A 24-node research tree across efficiency, throughput, market and automation
- HARD FORK prestige on a persistent world clock: each run lands in a later, richer era
- Offline earnings up to 18 hours, and halvings fire while you sleep
- 60 achievements, daily quests, a daily calendar and 13 world events
A FAIR DEAL, IN WRITING
No banner ads. No offerwall. No ad ever interrupts play. Rewarded videos are optional, state their exact reward first, and show a daily counter. Full-screen ads appear only after you close a results screen: never in your first three sessions, never before twenty minutes of play, never less than three minutes apart.
No loot boxes and no gacha. The one wheel with random prizes is free to enter, cannot be bought, and publishes its real odds in-game. No energy bar, no lives, no fake countdowns. And no notifications at all - the game never even asks permission to send you one.
We sell permanent multipliers. We do not sell gates. The paid ceiling is 2.5x mining yield, which the free research and prestige layers overtake inside about a day of play. Every rig, manager, research node and achievement is reachable free. Single player, no leaderboards.
OFFLINE, AND YOURS
The whole simulation runs on your device with the network off. No account, no server: your save sits in your phone's private storage and never leaves it. Colour is never the only signal, and there is a deuteranopia palette, Reduce Motion, Larger Text and screen-reader labels.
THIS IS A SIMULATION
Bitcoin Tycoon is a game. It does not mine real cryptocurrency and never uses your device to mine anything. It is not a wallet, an exchange or an investment product, it never connects to a blockchain, and nothing in it is financial advice. The bitcoin, the dollars and the price chart are fictional numbers generated on your phone, with no real-world value, and they cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
If you bounced off tap-only clickers because there was nothing to think about, this is the idle mining tycoon with a facility to run.
