Start with little money in a living city and become its biggest business owner. Business City Tycoon is a first-person business simulator: choose which business to open, rent a shop in the neighborhood that suits you best and grow it with your own hands. Walk around your shop, carry in the boxes the delivery van drops off, place every piece of furniture wherever you want and serve every customer.

CHOOSE YOUR BUSINESS
• Internet café: PCs, consoles, snacks, tournaments and equipment maintenance.
• Used car lot: buy at auction, wash, send cars to the mechanic and haggle with every buyer.
• Taco shop: buy supplies before they go bad, set your menu and prices, cook on the griddle and the spit, and fill your tables at lunchtime.
• Coffee shop: coffee, pastries and paninis for the morning rush, baristas at the espresso machine and regulars who come back if you treat them well.

BUILD YOUR EMPIRE
Buy another business and leave yours with a manager who deposits the profit every night, sell outright, or accept (or haggle) the offers from companies that want to buy you out.

CHOOSE YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Every neighborhood looks and plays differently:
• Working-class neighborhood: street stalls and corner shops, lots of foot traffic and affordable rent.
• Downtown: tall office buildings, jewelers and banks, the busiest area, the highest rent and the competition one block away.
• Residential: houses with gardens and tree-lined streets, fewer people, but they pay better.
• Industrial zone: warehouses, garages and tire shops, very cheap rent and almost no competition.

A LIVING CITY
A full city with dozens of shops, avenues and streets with cars and pedestrians, a supermarket, a parts store, banks with credit scores, restaurants and your own home. Sleep, eat, rent or buy a house, and take loans to grow.
