• Accessibility Service (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE): This service is used strictly to detect when a locked application is opening in the foreground so the app can display the secure lock screen. It does not read, collect, or transmit any window content or user data.
• Draw Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): This permission is required to display the lock screen interface over selected applications.
