Track your APEX Score. Train for the sport of athleticism.
APEX turns your raw athletic ability into a single number. Across seven events, we measure the four categories of athleticism : Speed, Power, Strength, and Endurance - then combine your results into one APEX Score.
The events:
- Speed: the Fast Forty
- Power: the Toss, the Vert, the Broad
- Strength: the Pull, the Push
- Endurance: the Mile
No specialty carries you. To put up a real number, you have to be able to do all of it.
WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP
- Calculate your APEX Score and see your breakdown across all four categories
- Train for it with APEX Ready, a free program built to get you competition-ready
- Log every event and watch your numbers climb
- Register for a competition and earn an official score
- Follow real-time leaderboards and watch records fall on competition day
- Ask coaches, join the community of athletes chasing the same thing
- Unlock your Super Score after competing in official events
