Workday Calendar helps you track your work and calculate your earnings. Simply mark a day on the calendar and enter your hours, pay rate, or shift — the app will automatically calculate your total earnings for the month and year.
You can create separate workplaces, each with its own currency, pay rate, and calendar. Choose the payment method that suits you: hourly pay, a fixed daily rate, a daily rate plus a percentage of turnover, or a shift-based schedule. Pay rates can be changed from any selected date, while previous days retain their original rates.
In shift mode, you can create custom shifts with a name, color, start and end times, unpaid breaks, and overtime settings. Build your schedule using repeating cycles such as 5/2, 6/1, 2/2, 3/3, 4/2, 2-2-3, or day/night/off — or set it up manually. You can replace or remove an individual shift, restore the scheduled shift, or swap shifts between days. Sick leave and vacation days are calculated as a percentage of the planned shift pay.
For standard work tracking, mark each day as a workday, day off, sick leave, or vacation. You can also create custom day types with their own pay rates. Add working hours, comments, advances, turnover, and salary payments to any day. Calendar cells can display hours, earnings, or shift names. You can fill in multiple days at once to save time.
Statistics show working days, hours worked, earnings, and the final balance after deducting advances — for both monthly and yearly periods. You can also set a custom start date for your work month instead of using the first day of the calendar month.
Premium features include multiple workplaces, phone calendar synchronization, backup and restore, report export to CSV, Excel, and PDF, custom icons for day types, and the ability to record additional payments on any day. The free version supports one workplace.
