Support varies across different apps, some may have translations placed poorly, and some text may not be captured at all. Games in general are not supported.
While offline translation gives better speed and privacy, quality may be inferior and you'll want to take screenshots the old way sometimes :)

2. All processing happens on the device, text never leaves your device neither via the Internet nor by any other means.
3. Processing happens only when the service is enabled. You control this on the app's main screen or overlay label.
4. When processing is active, there is always the label TRANSLUCENT with bright white text on the edge of the screen. When text is gray, translation is disabled, and text is not being gathered.
