Concierge Agent is a fully integrated Orchestra mobile application for in-branch hosts and associates that welcome customers to a physical location. Concierge Agent has been designed for efficiency and personal arrivals, so that the host can focus on the customer, instead of spending time managing complex workflows.
With Concierge Agent, the host can create and edit appointments, as well as visits. Pre-booked appointments can be identified, via today’s listed appointments, appointment confirmation QR code, customer name or e-mail. The host can also reschedule or delete appointments.
The host can, with help of Concierge Agent, help drop-in customers get in line for a desired service, and then get mobile confirmation via SMS or e-mail.
Concierge Agent is fully integrated with the Orchestra notification solution, in order to seamlessly notify customers with visit and appointment confirmations.
Concierge Agent has a responsive design for tablets, working both in portrait and landscape mode.
