Kolo Verify gets the big decisions of your home build checked by an independent expert before you commit money to them. Your architect, builder and suppliers are paid from what they propose. Kolo Verify is paid only by you, and only to check it.

Budget: know what your house should cost
• Stage-wise cost estimate (₹2,499): what each stage should cost, from foundation to handover.
• Material quantity take-off (₹2,499): how much steel, cement, sand, blocks and tiles your house needs, so you can check deliveries and bills.

Quotes and cost: check a quotation is fair and complete
• Quote analysis (from ₹1,499): one contractor quotation read line by line, covering what is priced, what is vague and what is missing.
• Multi-quote comparison (from ₹2,499): two or three quotes brought to the same scope, so you compare like with like.
• Material specification audit (₹1,499): grades and thicknesses checked, so what is priced is what gets built.
• Negotiation support (from ₹999): a negotiation plan based on the facts of your quote, with an optional call.

Contract: sign an agreement that protects you
• Contract review (from ₹999): your construction agreement read clause by clause, with the risks ranked before you sign. Choose a quick risk scan, a full review, or a full review with a call.

3. Upload your plan, quote or agreement.
4. A Kolo expert reviews your report before it reaches you. Most reports arrive in 3 to 5 working days.
5. The report stays in your app, so you can come back to it.
