Guardian Flame is a New Zealand dating app with one rule the others don't have: everyone verifies who they are before they can match. No catfish, no borrowed photos, no one pretending to be five years younger than they are.

How it works

Verify once. A quick ID check with Shufti — about two minutes, and you're done for good.

Match. Build your profile and start swiping. Every person you see has passed the same check you did.

Check the signals. Before you meet, see structured feedback from past dates — the green flags as well as the red ones — and decide if it's worth the coffee.

Already talking to someone on another app? Send them your Guardian Flame link. They verify too, and it's mutual — they see your tick, you see theirs. The ten-second step between "the date's on Thursday" and actually walking in.

Your ID, in plain English

Verification is handled by Shufti. We never see or store your ID document. Your matches see one thing: that you're verified. Not your document, not your details. Delete your account and your data goes with it. Full details: guardianflame.com/privacy
