More About Flip & Learn: Flashcards

Flip & Learn makes studying with flashcards simple and organized. Use it as a flashcard maker for anything you want to memorize, or pick a ready-made set and start right away.

Write a word or a question on the front of a card and the answer on the back. Sort your cards into collections and groups so every subject has its own place. When you study, flip the card and mark whether you knew the answer. Cards you get wrong come back at the end of the round, so you spend more time on the ones you find hard.

In the Discover tab, you can add ready-made collections with more than 2,000 flashcards in total, each with a single tap. They include German, Spanish, Korean and Turkish for beginners, English irregular verbs, German articles, IELTS and TOEFL vocabulary, phrases for ordering in a café, untranslatable words, world capitals and the periodic table. Every collection you add becomes yours, so you can change any card or add your own.

What you can do:
• Study only the cards you find hard, or start from the back of the card.
• Repeat the cards you missed at the end of a round.
• See your progress: study time, your study streak, a five-week calendar and your hardest cards.
• Add many flashcards at once from an Excel file.
• Share a collection with a friend as a file, or save it on your device.
• Back up all your cards and restore them on a new phone.
• Study offline, with no internet connection needed.
• Light or dark theme and six calm accent colors. The app is available in English, Turkish and German.

Flip & Learn works well as a vocabulary flashcards app when you are learning a language, and it is just as useful for exam topics or lecture notes.

Flip & Learn is free to use. You don't need an account, and no full-screen ads interrupt your study.
