Fany fit

Fany fit Sports & Fitness Fany fit is a companion app designed exclusively for use with compatible Fany fit smartwatches.
A Fany fit smartwatch is required to use this app. The app cannot function independently without a supported wearable device.

When connected to a Fany fit smartwatch, the app helps you view and organize activity, workout and wellness data collected by the device, so you can better understand your daily routines and fitness habits.

The app is compatible with multiple Fany fit smartwatch models. Supported features may vary depending on the specific device.

Health and Fitness Features (require a connected Fany fit smartwatch)

• Activity and fitness data
The app displays activity data collected by your Fany fit smartwatch, including steps, distance, active time, calories burned and heart rate.
This information is shown as daily, weekly and monthly summaries, workout records and activity goals.
All activity data is collected by the smartwatch and presented in the app for general fitness and wellness reference only.

• Height and weight (optional)
You may optionally enter your height and weight in the app.
This information is used only to estimate calories burned and calculate activity-related statistics based on smartwatch data.
The app does not track food intake, provide diet plans or run weight-loss programs.

• Sleep overview
When supported by the connected smartwatch, the app displays sleep duration and sleep stages (such as light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep) recorded by the device.
Sleep data is shown as simple summaries and trends to help you understand your rest patterns.
Sleep information is for general wellness reference only and is not intended to diagnose any sleep disorder.

• Stress insights
On supported smartwatch models, the app displays estimated stress levels derived from sensor data collected by the device (for example, heart rate variability).
Stress information is presented as basic levels and trends for lifestyle and wellness awareness only.

• Optional menstrual cycle reminders
The app includes an optional menstrual cycle reminder feature that does not rely on sensor data.
Users may manually record period dates and receive projected reminders for upcoming cycles for general awareness and daily planning.
This feature does not provide medical advice, contraception or fertility treatment.

• Call and message notifications
With your permission and a connected smartwatch, incoming call alerts and SMS notifications can be mirrored from your phone to your watch.
On supported devices, you may also reply to SMS messages directly from your smartwatch.

• Lifestyle reminders
Set alarms (with two-way syncing), activity reminders, water reminders and exercise reminders through your smartwatch to support daily routines.
