Call Guard: Call Blocker

Take control of unwanted calls with Call Guard. Choose blocking rules that suit you, keep saved contacts reachable, and pause blocking when you need to receive other calls. CHOOSE YOUR BLOCKING RULES
Block calls from numbers outside your contacts, or limit that rule to selected numbering countries and territories. Saved contacts always get through, including numbers on your personal blocked list.

YOUR OWN BLOCKED-NUMBER LIST
Add individual numbers and manage them in one place. Your list works alongside either blocking mode. When adding a local number, choose its country. Matching an incoming call to this list requires a supported international number with a + country code. Removing a number from the list leaves your other blocking rules in effect.

SELECT NUMBERING COUNTRIES
Search the country list and choose the numbering regions you want to filter. This refers to a phone number's allocation, not the caller's physical location. Regional filtering requires a supported international number with a + country code; local, unresolved or ambiguous numbers are not blocked by the country rule.

PAUSE WHEN YOU NEED TO
Expecting a call from a new number? Pause blocking for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Blocking resumes when the pause expires, or you can resume it earlier in the app.

FIND RECORDED BLOCKED CALLS
Browse your blocked-call history, search by number, and group repeated numbers. Open number actions to search the web, copy a number, add a contact or manage individual blocking. The dashboard shows recorded activity for today, 7 days, 30 days and the total since tracking began. History records the app's block decisions and is not a guarantee that every call was captured or blocked by Android.

SET UP PROTECTION IN ANDROID
The illustrated guide explains Contacts access and choosing Call Guard as your call screening app. Both are required for protection. If contacts cannot be checked or protection is unavailable, Call Guard allows the call. Android controls these permissions and the screening role; available screens and behavior can vary by device. Call Guard filters visible caller numbers and does not offer hidden-number blocking or spam caller identification.

LOCAL CALL DATA, CLEAR PRIVACY CHOICES
Contact lookup, your blocked-number list and recorded call history are handled on your device. Firebase usage analytics has a separate Settings control; turning it off does not turn off crash reporting. App-defined usage events do not include phone numbers, contacts or history-search text. Searching a number on the web deliberately opens an external service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
