Letter Trail turns learning the alphabet into a walk down a friendly trail,
one letter at a time.
Your child meets a new letter, then plays through a small arcade of games
built around it — tracing its shape, spotting it in a crowd, matching big to
small, building it from pieces. Fifteen games in all, and every one of them
teaches the same 26 letters from a different angle.
BUILT IN THE ORDER CHILDREN ACTUALLY LEARN
Most alphabet apps open on tracing, which is the hardest thing in the set —
asking a three-year-old to draw a letter before they can pick it out of a
line-up. Letter Trail is sequenced the other way round: recognise the letter
first, then tell it apart from similar ones, then form it, then use it under a
bit of pressure, then put letters in order. All fifteen games are visible from
the start, and finishing one opens the next along that path, so the difficulty
climbs with your child.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- All 26 letters, uppercase and lowercase
- 15 mini-games: Letter Hunt, Trace, Pop the Letter, Big & Small Match-Up,
Picture Match, Build-a-Letter, Letter Puzzle, Color the Letter, Memory
Flip, Letter Catch, Letter Maze, What Comes Next?, Alphabet Order Sort,
Echo Repeat, Spin & Reveal
- Real spoken letter narration, not beeps
- A sticker earned for every letter mastered
- Day-streak and visit tracking that only ever counts up — never a broken
streak, never a scolding for a day off
- A gentle unlock schedule so the alphabet never arrives all at once
DESIGNED FOR SMALL HANDS
Big touch targets, a visible back button on every single screen (no hidden
edge-swipes a three-year-old will never find), and no timers or fail states.
Nothing punishes a wrong tap.
FOR PARENTS
A Parent Zone sits behind a simple addition problem a pre-reader cannot solve.
Inside it you'll find progress for every letter, sound settings, and a reset
control.
- Works fully offline — no connection needed to play
- No in-app purchases of any kind
- No sign-in and no account: we never ask for a name, email address, photo,
voice recording or location
- No analytics, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs
- Your child's progress is stored on the device and never leaves it
- Ads: at most one interstitial per session, shown only after a letter is
finished, never during a game. No banner ads. Non-personalised, served
under Google's child-directed settings. To deliver them, the Google Mobile
Ads SDK processes your device's advertising ID — the privacy policy below
explains exactly what that covers. An optional rewarded video sits inside
the Parent Zone, behind the gate, so only an adult can start one.
