SpeedFIT — Speediance to .FIT

Your Speediance workouts as standard FIT files for Garmin Connect. If you own a Speediance Gym Monster and want your strength training data in Garmin Connect, SpeedFIT gives you full control. No Garmin password needed — just sign in to Speediance, pull your workouts, and export each one as a standard .FIT file you upload yourself. The .FIT format is supported by other fitness platforms too — feel free to try uploading anywhere that accepts standard FIT files.

Garmin's exercise library doesn't use the same names as Speediance. SpeedFIT picks the closest matching Garmin-compatible equivalent for every Speediance exercise (and the right muscle category, so heat maps populate correctly).
