Here are just some of the features our app has to offer:

- A clean, intuitive, elegant, and modern interface that lets you manage everything related to your inventory without any unnecessary complexity
- Add new items with full details including: name, quantity, price, VAT, unit of measure (e.g. 500g), expiry date, item code, and description. You can add an unlimited number of items — no need to worry about running out of space!
- Create categories and subcategories to better organise your items and filter them at any time
- Keep an eye on expiry dates and stock levels. The app will send you a notification when an item is expiring soon or running low, so you never have to worry about missing a thing!
- With the Image Management tool, you can add an image to a specific item or to multiple items at once, choosing between sleek, elegant styles or a classic look
- Scan an item's barcode to instantly fill in all the details you need (name, item code, unit of measure, and more)
- In the Inventory Information screen, view unique real-time insights and stats you might have missed, such as the total monetary value of your inventory and a ranking of your highest-value items
- In Reports, generate daily, weekly, and annual reports to track total expenses over any given period. You can set them to generate automatically at a frequency of your choice and export them as .txt files
- Export your entire inventory with all item data at any time in the following formats: text file (.txt), Excel (.xlsx), .pdf, .csv, .html — and share it instantly via social apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, and more)
- Create a snapshot of your inventory with all your items by exporting or sharing it as an image!
- Already have your inventory data somewhere and want to bring it into the app? No problem! You can import it from the following formats: text file (.txt), Excel (.xlsx), .pdf, .csv, .html — so you can keep managing your inventory easily and intuitively, all within the app
- A range of handy built-in tools are at your disposal, including: an integrated calculator for doing maths on the go without losing sight of your inventory; and a Notes tool for jotting down important information or reminders
- Heading to the shops and want to add your new purchases straight to your inventory? Easy! Use the Shopping List tool to list the items you plan to buy, and when you're done, add them to your inventory in a single tap — keeping it always up to date
- With the Expense Management tool, you can log your expenses (supermarket runs, supplier invoices, and more) and compare weeks, months, and years so nothing slips through the cracks
- If you use multiple devices and want access to your inventory wherever you are, simply link the app to your Google account in the settings and keep managing it from anywhere
